This workshop is designed to let you enjoy the full benefits of yoga: 60 minutes of vinyasa to release tension followed by 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra.
30 minutes of Yoga Nidra = 3 hours of sleep!
Yoga Nidra is practiced lying on your back, just like in savasana, with your eyes closed. The main difference is that you have to listen to different directions asking you to focus on the breath or bring your awareness to different parts of the body.
To goal is to remain aware and awake.
You should feel relaxed and energized after the workshop.
This workshop is included in your class package and counts as one class.
If you don’t have a package, it’s $20 at the door (cash or checks preferred).
